Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the addept.io website, its documentation and demonstrations (together, the "Site"), operated by Addept Media, LLC ("addept", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site and our services

The Site describes the addept offer network and shows how it works. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a contract. Joining the network as a publisher or running a campaign as an advertiser is subject to a separate written agreement with us, which governs that relationship. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.

Offers and third-party sites

Offers shown on the Site, including in demonstrations, are made by third-party advertisers and are subject to their own terms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for third-party offers, products, services or websites, and your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party.

Integration code and documentation

Code samples and documentation on the Site are provided so that approved publishers can integrate the addept ad unit. You may use them only for that purpose and only under your agreement with us. You are responsible for how you implement them, for testing them on your own website, and for obtaining any notices and consents required to share information about your users with us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or our systems, interfering with its operation, scraping it in bulk, submitting false information through its forms, or using it to break the law.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, other than third-party offers and trademarks, belong to us or our licensors. Advertiser names, logos and creative remain the property of their owners. You may view and print pages for your own use; any other use requires our written permission.

Disclaimer

The Site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any results, revenue or performance described on it will be achieved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, addept and its owners, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold addept harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date; continuing to use the Site means you accept the update.
